Here are some pics from the second roll of film I shot on my new Lomo LC-W camera. I am not sure if I am a fan of this film stock compared to the previous roll I shot with. Here's to experimentation!

I just purchased a Lomo LC-W, a wide angle analog camera made in China with a Russian 17mm lens. I have never shot film before but decided to be daring and cross-processed my first roll. I feel I have a long way to go before I can claim competency with this rig, but I like some of the pics I've gotten so far. My next roll is already at the lab, but this one is being processed in the normal fashion. We'll see how that turns out in a few.

I was in Chinatown after a day at the National Gallery of Art and the woman above walked by Pitango while I was enjoying a gelato. I thought her dress was fantastic and she definitely stood out from the crowd of tourists and suburbanites that flock to this area in DC on weekends. I asked to take her photo and I am glad she obliged.
